“Advances in fabrication”

E&M constantly strives to enhance product-improvement through design, as do most manufacturers. But there must be ongoing improvement in production techniques. For much of the past years, we had a complete re-think of our fabrication processes.

We spent much time and effort in “thinking out of the box” and came up with a host of new ideas and concepts. The task then was to marry these into new methodologies designed to give noticeable improvements in products and process times. We succeeded and can now boast that our machines “come together” in a way different to all of our competitors. As a consequence, we have revised product design and engineering specifications and standards, finished product-acceptance criteria, testing methods, operational instructions and engineering data for client release, quality control specifications and specifications for made-to-order parts, and acceptance specifications for raw materials.
